Robinhood Chain, a permissionless Layer 2 built on Arbitrum, launched its testnet on February 11, 2026. The platform focuses on financial services and tokenized real-world assets with 100ms block times secured by Ethereum. Backed by Robinhood Markets and investors including Sequoia Capital and a16z, mainnet deployment is anticipated in the coming months. An airdrop has been suggested but remains unconfirmed. The project committed 1 million dollars to the 2026 Arbitrum Open House program.
